Felt Trade Size Filter Bags – Polyester & Polypropylene

Note: FPC Trade Size Filter Bags lead times are based on the flange style selected. Allow one additional week for delivery. To improve lead time and filtration efficiency, we are now welding the seams on felt bags with a flange. Welding is a process where the seams are created by ultrasonically fusing the material together as opposed to sewing. This eliminates needle holes in the material, which can improve efficiency. Bags that are woven, or have a ring or drawstring cannot be welded. Minimum order quantity of 12.

Our trade-size felt media strainer bags operate on the principle of depth filtration, resulting in superior dirt-holding capacity compared to woven bags.

  • Can retain both gelatinous and non-deformable solids
  • Effective capture of lightweight particles
  • While disposable, these bags can also provide limited reusability with backflushing
  • Inexpensive even for ratings 25 microns and below
  • Sewn seams standard (contact us for welded seams)
