- Metal Filter Elements and Cartridges
These cartridges and elements are fully welded . This robust design allows the cartridge to resist deterioration in harsh operating environments, including aggressive chemical conditions, elevated temperatures or where the differential pressures are high. - Leaf Disc and Solid Plate Filters
Leaf disc and solid plate filters are designed for critical hot melt polymer filtration applications such as the manufacture of PET packaging film, PEEK chip and film. These are offered in a wide range of filter media with the latest design features, ensuring lower pressure drops leading to longer on-stream life. The robust construction allows for high differential pressures and many cleaning cycles, reducing lifecycle costs. - Candle Filters for the Polymer Melt Industry
Candle filters are available in both cylindrical and pleated formats, and in both sintered metal fiber and woven wire mesh. Available in filtration ratings from 3 to 100 microns, Porvair candle filters are readily cleanable with current technology.
